“Extremely professional. Dogged problem solvers. Stunningly fair price. This is a much too delayed review of some great work Gilk did for me on. I had a kitchen drain clog far down the pipe. They had cleared it before but this time the snake did not get to it. They cut into a wall inside a cabinet. The young man who did it made very precise cuts so it went back together cleanly, even though it was in a cabinet no one would see. Doing good work mattered to him. That did not fix the problem. They came back the next day to figure it out. After considerable time, involving a number of plumbers, they got if figured out and cleared it. As they left, I wondered what this bill would be like. It was $400! Far less than I imagined. I called to make sure it was correct and they said that much of that time was their learning and I should not have to pay for that. Amazing. It’s good to work with competent professional and people of integrity.”
