Plumber/Service Technician
The Plumber/Service Technician will present the capability to troubleshoot plumbing issues, present finding and options to customers, and ensure the satisfaction of each customer you work with. We are looking for a reliable individual who will represent us well in our customer’s homes, so customer service skills play a huge role in what we do.
Essential job duties of the Plumber/Service Technician:
- Plumb residential service and remodel
- Repair pipes and water lines and fixtures
- Install water heaters, water softeners, kitchen and bathroom fixtures
- Ability to communicate with homeowners, co-workers, inspectors, etc.
- Problem analyses – ability to inspect plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts
HVAC Technician
The HVAC technician will present the capability to troubleshoot HVAC equipment, present findings, and options to customers, and ensure the satisfaction of each customer you work with. We are looking for a reliable individual who will represent us well in our customer’s homes, so customer service skills play a huge role in what we do.
Essential job duties of the HVAC technician:
- General maintenance of HVAC equipment, with an emphasis on residential
- Diagnose and repair problems
- Ability to install new units will be required or willing to learn

Essential job duties of the Apprentice:
- Problem analyses – for residential and light commercial applications
- High Customer Service – work with the customer to determine the best fix for the problem
- Proper use of necessary tools and equipment
- Ability to communicate with contractors, construction workers, co-workers, inspectors, homeowners, etc.
- Proper testing of plumbing and HVAC systems
- Keep an organized work vehicle and project site
Minimum requirements of an Apprentice:
- Valid Class D Driver’s License
- Must have a minimum of 1 years in the construction industry.
- Clean driving record
- Mechanical ability and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and without direct supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces.
- Well groomed, neat appearance
- Observe all company procedures and safety rules
- Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction
